Library Board and Administration
The Springwater Township Public Library is governed by a Board appointed by Council of the Township of Springwater. The Library Board is responsible for governance of the Library in accordance with the Ontario Public Libraries Act. The Board has representatives who are residents of Springwater, 1 resident of the Township of Tiny, and one Township of Springwater Council member. The Board term is concurrent with that of Springwater Council.
